Returns Policy

You may return all items, unused, as new in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement item. If it is a faulty item this is covered by our 90 day warranty, see Warranty for more information. 

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (postage paid by buyer, unless otherwise stated), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. When returning the item please include the invoice given or the invoice number from your purchase clearly marked on the packaging. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.



U.K. Shipping

Free U.K. Delivery

Items are all sent out within 1 working day and prices include VAT and free Royal Mail Second Class postage, an option is also available to upgrade this to Royal Mail First Class postage for just 99p!

Free U.K. delivery includes England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and all Islands (please see below for information regarding bulky items sent to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands). Republic of Ireland is classed as abroad and is not included in free shipping.

FAST DELIVERY (U.K. Only)

If you have chosen fast delivery items are sent out after 1 working day by 24 hour courier (DPD) (see below for more information). Example: if you placed an order on Monday evening the item would be sent out on Tuesday and you would receive the item by Wednesday. This is only if items are in stock. 

24/ 48 Hour Courier (DPD) & Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

Some items are sent out by 24 hour courier depending on the weight of the product(s), this is clearly shown in the product description and is included in the price*! If a large order is placed this will also be sent out by 24 hour courier or by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at no extra charge!

*Courier delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands have an extra postage cost, please check the postage cost when you use the checkout system. Courier Delivery to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Higlands and Islands are 48 hour courier (DPD) and not 24 hour courier. 

 

International Shipping

Certain items cannot be shipped abroad due to them being restricted or due to the weight of the item(s). If an item cannot be shipped abroad this will be clearly shown in the product description, and a full refund will be given if purchased. If you require a large number of items please contact us for a shipping estimate.

International Services

We use Royal Mail Airmail Priority to send items internationally* however there is also an option to upgrade this to Royal Mail International Tracked. With the Royal Mail International Tracked service you will receive a Royal Mail Track and Trace tracking number which can be used here: Track and Trace

*Certain countries are automatically sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, this will be shown when estimating a delivery charge in the checkout.

We currently ship to the countries below, please ensure your country is included before purchasing an item otherwise you will be refunded immediately.

 

Items Lost in Post

Items can get lost in transit, if this occurs we will send out a replacement, if the products are still available and in stock. Please ensure you allow enough time before contacting us about missing items. Also check at your local Sorting Office or use the Royal Mail Track and Trace service: Track and Trace (only if you have received a tracking number via E-mail). To report a missing item please E-mail: customerservices@spares-king.com with details about the order and the order number.
